Performance Management System

  • The company targets
  • The department targets
  • The implementation of personal targets, constituting a High Performance corporate culture.

Application;
The management system constitutes of the evaluation module of targets and competence.

The Performance Development system starts with the meeting of the employee and the appraised to determine the SMART.C Targets at the performance agreement and Target Designation tables.

With in the framework of the agreed targets, it continues with the orientation and administration process by the Managers. (Mid-term evaluations are done in this process).

Complete data sources (with the tracking source results) evaluation of targets are made at the end of the year.

All the positions’ competences are followed and evaluated through the evaluation periods.

The process continues in a cyclic way by using the performance evaluation process in the career plans and back up system at the same time.
