Hiring Process

The human resources department starts the hiring process with the personnel demand form from the Business Families’.
For the Position / Positions that the staff member demands approved by the Senior Management, an advertisement is prepared by showing necessary attention and sensitivity to

  • The Job Descriptions
  • The qualification requirements from the candidate
  • The adequacies and capabilities qualifications of the candidate

And it is announced to the Candidate Nominees from the Internet or through the channel of a National newspaper or with both.

The open positions are announced to the Zulfikarlar Companies’ complete units with the same concurrency. The rotation and expectations of the employees’ in the current company Families are analyzed seriously. They are taken into consideration.

The Employment Interview consists in three stages.

  1. Pre-interview
  2. Performance Evaluation Interview
  3. Business Proposition process (interview).

Consistency/familiarization training is given by the Human Resources department to the personnel who are going to start working after the completion of the Business Proposition process.
